Forfeiture and destruction of seized appliance 21.
(1) An appliance which does not conform to these Regulations shall be liable for forfeiture.
(2) The Minister shall acting on the recommendation of the Commission given in collaboration with the Ghana Standards Board, destroy or re-export any forfeited appliance that is liable for forfeiture.
