Regulation 56 Operation of bank account in Ghana
(1) A service provider shall maintain a bank account with an indigenous Ghanaian bank and transact business of a minimum of ten percent of its total financial transactions through the bank account held with the indigenous Ghanaian bank.
(2) For the purpose of this regulation, "an indigenous Ghanaian bank" means a bank that has majority Ghanaian shareholding.
