Regulation 36 Submission of proposed contracts to Committee
(1) Despite regulation 67, on submission of an annual Local Content Performance Report, a service- provider shall submit to the Committee, thirty days before the first day of each quarter; a list of contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders that exceed the Cedi equivalent of one hundred thousand United States Dollars, to be tendered for or executed in the next following quarter.
(2) The service provider shall, in respect of each contract, subcontract and purchase order, provide the information specified in the Ninth Schedule.
(3) A service provider shall inform the Committee of all proposed projects, contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders that are to be
(a) sole sourced; or
(b) by a competitive bidding procedure that is estimated in excess of the Cedi equivalent of one hundred thousand United States Dollars.
