Postal and Courier Services Regulatory Commission Act, 2003 (ACT 649)
Section 11: A licence to provide a post or courier service may be granted only to
(a) a citizen of Ghana;
(b) a body corporate registered under the Companies Code, 1963 (Act 179); or
(c) a partnership registered under the Incorporated Partnerships Act 1962 (Act 152).
