Basic National Social Security Scheme Regulations, 2011 (L.I. 1989)
Regulation 2 (1) An employer or self-employed person shall complete the appropriate registration form and submit it to the Director-General. (2) The Director-General shall on receipt of the form issue a social security employer registration number to the employer or self-employed person and notify that employer or self-employed person of the number.
