Basic National Social Security Scheme Regulations, 2011 (L.I. 1989)
Regulation 8 (1) An employer shall notify the Director-General in writing that a worker has ceased to be employed by the employer within thirty days after the cessation of employment. (2) An establishment which temporarily suspends operations shall notify the Director-General in writing within thirty days after the suspension.
