National Pensions Act,2008 (Act 766)

Section 122:(1) A person shall not be appointed as a trustee unless that person is licensed in accordance with this Act.
(2) A person seeking to be appointed as a trustee shall apply to the Board.
(3) The application shall
(a) be in a form prescribed by the Board,
(b) contain information and documents prepared in a manner prescribed by the Board, and
(c) be accompanied with the prescribed fee.
(4) A person who fails to obtain a licence and yet acts as a trustee commits an offence and is liable on
summary conviction to a fine of two thousand penalty units or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding
two years or to both.
