National Pensions Act,2008 (Act 766)

Section 136: (1) An application for registration of a scheme as a personal pension scheme shall (a) specify particulars of the scheme to be registered and contain other information, if any, as prescribed in guidelines issued under this Act; and (b) be accompanied with (i) a copy of the proposed rules that are to govern the scheme and other documents, as prescribed in guidelines issued under this Act; and (ii) an application fee of an amount prescribed by Regulations. (2) The Board may, require an applicant by notice to provide additional information and documents reasonably necessary to enable it determine the application. (3) If a requirement is not complied with within a reasonable time specified in the notice, the Board may reject the application.
