National Pensions Act,2008 (Act 766)
Section 124: (1) The Board shall consider an application for appointment as a trustee and take final decision within
ninety days after the date of the submission of the application.
(2) The Board may, require an applicant by notice, to provide additional information and relevant
documents that may be reasonably necessary to enable it determine the application.
(3) Where a requirement is not complied with within the time specified in the notice, the Board may
reject the application.
