Seeds (Certification and Standards) Regulations, 1973 (L.I. 802)
Regulation 4
There shall be for the purposes of certification of seeds the following classes of seed:
(a) breeder seed;
(b) foundation seed;
(c) registered seed; and
(d) certified seed.
