Regulations And Guidelines For The Privatisation Of Internal Marketing Of Cocoa
The company shall provide COCOBOD with the following:
i. feasibility report
ii. corporate or business plan
iii. detailed list and addresses of Regional/District Officers and Buying Centres;
iv. detailed list/outlines of areas of operations of the company in Ghana in at least two cocoa growing regions; tools of trade as detailed in Appendix 1, 6
vi. location of sheds and depots of the company in Ghana which shall be subjected to inspection and certification by the Quality Control Division (QCD) of COCOBOD.
