Regulations And Guidelines For The Privatisation Of Internal Marketing Of Cocoa
The PPRC shall set fees to be paid to the QCD in respect of each bag of cocoa inspected, graded and sealed at up-country depots and check-sampled at take-over centres.
6.2 QCD shall negotiate with the LBC, the appropriate fees chargeable for the fumigation of cocoa and the treatment of sheds and containers.
6.3 The COCOBOD shall also negotiate with the LBC the åppropriate fees chargeable for services that may be provided by COCOBOD.
