All disputes, controversies, differences and questions arising out ofthese regulations which cannot be amicably settled may be settled by arbitration.
8.2 Thearbitration will be conducted in accordance with theArbitrationAct 1961 (Act 38) or by a Special Arbitration Tribunal established for the purpose.
