Regulations And Guidelines For The Privatisation Of Internal Marketing Of Cocoa
a. All storage sheds shall be inspected for their suitability by the Executive Director, QCD, or an officer acting on his behalf and a certificate of registration shall be issued if conditions are ideal and in accordance with the Cocoa Industry Regulations, 1968, L.I. 598 or other relevant or applicable regulations/guidelines.
b. Acertificate issued shall be applicable to the shed to which it refers and shallnot be transferable.
c. The certificate shall be prominently displayed in the storage premises at all times.
d. The certificate is liable to revocation by the Executive Director, QCD or any officer acting on his behalf by notice in in-iting if the shed is no longer suitable
forthe continued storage of cocoa or for any other purpose.
e. R evoked certificates shall be returned to the Executive Director, QCD within a period oftwo (2) weeks orrevocation by a holder on whom, .has been served a notice ofrevocation.
