National Pensions Act,2008 (Act 766)
Section 150: (1) The Board shall register an applicant to operate as a pension fund manager within sixty days after receipt of an application to operate as a pension fund manager upon satisfying itself that the applicant has fulfilled the conditions including the payment of fees.(2) The Board may write to the applicant within thirty days after the receipt of the application if not satisfied with the application and may request the applicant to rectify any errors in the application or to satisfy any pre-condition for the registration within twenty-one days.(3) The Board may register the applicant subject to conditions or restrictions as it considers appropriate and the Board may vary any condition or restriction in relation to the registration by notice to the pension fund manager.(4) The Board shall register the applicant to operate as a pension fund manager where the applicant rectifies the error or satisfies the preconditions within the specified time.
