Biosafety Act, 2011 (Act 831)
Section 19(1): Where an application is screened and found to be complete, the Board shall act in accordance with the advice of the technical advisory committee in respect of the risk assessment conducted as set out in the Fourth Schedule.
(2) Risk assessment shall be carried out taking into account available information concerning a potential exposure to the genetically modified organism
