Biosafety Act, 2011 (Act 831)
Section 21: In reaching a final decision on an application, the Board shall take into account
(a) information submitted by the applicant, (b) the risk assessment report,
(c) relevant comments submitted by the public, and
(d) socio-economic considerations arising from the impact of a proposed activity and of the genetically modified organisms on the environment.
