Biosafety Act, 2011 (Act 831)
Section 22(1): The Board shall communicate its final decision to the applicant (a) as soon as possible, but in any case not later than one hundred and eighty days after the receipt of the complete application, or
(b) within the time that the Board may in special circumstances determine.
(2) The approval shall set out clearly the specific conditions related to the approval.
