Sekondi Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly (Sale of Meat and Fish) Bye-law, 2017
License
Except under a license duly granted in that behalf by the Assembly, no person shall sell or expose for sale any fresh or frozen meat or fish.
Storage
1. All meat and fish shall be stored in containers approved by the Metropolitan Director of Health Services or an officer of the Assembly appointed for that purpose.
Protection
2. All meat and fish shall be protected against flies and dust.
