Nation Museum Act, 1969 (NLCD 387)
Paragraph 9: (1) No person shall remove any antiquity from its original site without the consent of the Board. (2) Every person shall, when applying to the Board for consent under this paragraph, state the exact locality in which the antiquity is situated and the place to which, and the purpose for which, he wishes to remove it, and the Board may require him to submit an adequate photograph or photographs of the antiquity.
