6. (1) If for any reason a company winds up its business activity or suspends its operations, the KMA shall be informed immediately about such a closure or suspension of business activities.
(2) A company that fails to comply with paragraph 6 of these Bye-laws shall continue to be billed by the KMA for its fees for Business permit.
