The Civil Aviation (Prohibited Areas) (Amendment) Order, 1965. LI 482
IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister by section 6 of the Civil Aviation Act, 1958 (No. 37) and with the prior approval of the President th1S Order is made this 13th day of September, 1965.
The Civil Aviation (Prohibited Areas) Order, 1962 (L.I. 225) is hereby amended by the deletion from the Schedule thereto, of the following:
"AREA TWO” A CIRCLE RADIUS 3NM CENTRED AT TEMA HARBOUR POSITION 053730N 000000W".
