Pawnbroker Act, 1951 (CAP 189)
Section 13: (1) A person who forges a certificate or tenders a certificate knowing it to be forged, commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of two hundred penalty units or to a term of imprisonment for six months. (2) A licence granted in pursuance of a forged certificate is void. (3) A person who uses a forged certificate, knowing it to be forged commits an offence and is disqualified from obtaining a pawnbroker's licence. General Obligations of Pawnbrokers
