Credit Reporting Act, 2007 (Act 726)
Section 3: (1) An application for licence to operate or engage in the activities of a credit bureau shall be
(a) made in writing to the Bank, and (b) in the prescribed form.
(2) The application shall be accompanied with the appropriate administrative and processing fee.
