Minerals and Mining (Health, Safety and Technical Regulations) L.I. 2182
Regulation 498—(1) The holder of a mining lease or small scale mining licence who employs a tributer shall ensure that the tributer works in a safe environment and is properly disciplined.
(2) The holder of a a mining lease or small scale mining licence or a person authorized by that holder shall be present on that portion of the mine when a tributer is mining or dressing mineral.
