Inspection
10. The Health Officer or such other person as may be authorized by the Health Officer shall have power to enter any bakery licensed under these Bye-laws for the purpose of inspection at any time and no person shall obstruct or persist any officer acting or purporting to act in the performance of his duties under these Bye-laws.
