Bakeries to be licensed
2. a. No bread shall be prepared or baked for the purpose of sale in any place other than premises which have been approved and licensed by the Tema Metropolitan Assembly (hereafter referred to as the Assembly)
b. No premises shall be used for the preparation or baking of flour for sale unless the premises have been approved and licensed by the Tema Metropolitan Assembly.
