3. No bread shall be prepared or baked for the purpose of sale in any place other than in a premise approved by the Assembly.
9. Bread Offered for Sale
Bread stored or offered for sale shall be protected from contamination in a manner prescribed by the Metropolitan Director of Health Services.
10. Prohibition of Sleeping or Smoking in Bakery
No room in the bakery shall be used as a living or sleeping room or for any purpose not directly connected with the baking of bread.
Smoking of cigarettes or other narcotic drugs is prohibited in the bakery
