l l . (l ) Suitable sanitary accommodation shall be provided for the use of persons employed in the bakery and there shall be facilities for the washing of hands.
1. Persons employed in the mixing and kneading rooms shall be supplied with quality aprons or overalls capable of being washed.
2. There shall be suitable and adequate arrangements for the disposal of refuse.
