Offence and Penalty
15. Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this Bye-law commits an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of 100 penalty units, or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months, or to both; and in the case of a continuing offence, a further fine of one (l) penalty unit shall be imposed after notice in writing of the offence has been served on the offender.
