Regulation 14
(1) A license issued under regulation 12(1) is valid for a period of two years and is subject to renewal.
(2) A licensee who wishes to renew a license shall submit an application to the Commission not later than three months before the license expires.
(3) The requirement for the renewal of a licence is the same as that for the grant of the original licence and is subject to the payment of a renewal fee.
