Dam Safety Regulations, 2016, L.I. 2236
Regulation 21
(1) An inspector shall, after an inspection, submit a report in a form and within a time specified by the Dam Safety Officer.
(2) The inspector shall state in the report,
(a) the results of the inspection carried out;
(b) the results of any test or measurement taken, including instrumentation readings and analysis, visual records or observations, drawings, soil aggregate and concrete test results; and
(c) other results requested by the Commission.
