Sunyani Municipal (Herbal Medicine) Bye-Law, 2006
9(b) No peddler of herbal medicine shall operate in the area of authority of the Sunyani Municipal Assembly without evidence of a license from any recognized Traditional Healers' Association in the country.
9(c) Notwithstanding section 9(b) of this bye-law, no peddler shall operate within the area of the Sunyani Municipal Assembly unless he first obtains a license to do so from the Assembly and unless he complies with any condition which may be endorsed on the license.
