Sunyani Municipal (Herbal Medicine) Bye-Law, 2006
9(d) Anycontravention any of the sections of this bye-law is an offence and shall on conviction result in a fine of 50 penalty units or in default to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 60 days or to both, and, in addition to that any medicine found in possession of such offender shall be confiscated and destroy.
