Copyright Act, 2005 (Act 690) as amended by the Copyright (Amendment), 2009 (Act 788)
Section 12: (1) The rights of the author referred to in section 5 are protected during the life of the author and seventy years after the death of the author unless the contrary is stated in this Act.(2) Where a work is jointly authored, the rights of the author referred to in section 5 are protected during the life of the last surviving author and seventy years after the death of that author.
