Lands (Statutory Wayleaves) Regulations, 1964 (L.I. 334)
1. 1. The Lands (Statutory Wayleaves) Regulations, 1964 (L.I. 334) are hereby amended as follows
(l) in paragraph (2) of regulation I, by the substitution, for the words " on behalf of the statutory corporation ", of the words " on behalf of the statutory corporation by the Minister responsible for the corporation"; and
(2) in the Schedule thereto, by the addition at the end thereof, of the following new Form:— " FORM 5
