Insurance (Amendment) Regulation, 1974. (L.I 878)
In exercise of the powers conferred on the Commissioner responsible for Finance by section 43 of the Insurance Act, 1965 (Act 288) this Regulation is made this 22nd day of April, 1974.
The provisions of regulation 1 of the Insurance (Amendment)
Regulations, 1972 (L.I. 767) shall not apply to the Vanguard Assurance Company Limited while that Company engages only in the following classes of insurance business :—
(a) life insurance including personal accident insurance;
(b) fire insurance including house-owners and householders comprehensive insurance.
