Insurance (Amendment) Regulations, 1967. (LI 538)
1. The Insurance Regulations, 1966 (L.I. 497) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Regulations) are hereby amended by the addition at the end of regulation 8 thereof of the following sub-regulations :—
" (4) The statement of life insurance business required to be prepared and furnished to the Commissioner under paragraph (d) of section 23 of the Act shall be in Forms COI/111/66 and COI/111A/66 in the Schedule to these Regulations.
(5) In addition to the statements and information referred to in this regulation there shall be prepared and furnished to the Commissioner under paragraph (f) of section 23 of the Act statements in Forms COI/105A/66 and COI/105B/66 in the Schedule to these Regulations".
