Insurance Act, 2006 (Act 724)
Section 25: (1) An insurer's licence shall be in writing and shall specify
(a) the class of insurance business that the insurer is authorised to carry on, and
(b) the conditions to which the insurer is subject.
(2) The licence may
(a) be restricted to reinsurance business or
(b) stipulate that the insurer may not carry on
