Copyright Act, 2005 (Act 690) as amended by the Copyright (Amendment), 2009 (Act 788)
Section 27(1) There shall be imposed on any device capable of being used to copy a copyright work a levy of a sum that shall be prescribed in Regulations made by the Minister in consultation with the Minister responsible for finance.(2) The levy shall be collected by the Customs, Excise and Preventive Service at the time of importation or production.
