Para 5 The driver of every vehicle operating bus services, will be required to boldly display a destination board in front of the vehicle at all times and the vehicle shall have a sticker issued by the union which shall be affixed to it indicating the lorry station it is registered with.
6. (a)The driver named in the operating permit to drive a commercial vehicle shall have in his possession a commercial driver’s license issued by the ASHMA whenever he is using the vehicle to work.
(b) Where the owner or driver or union decides to allow another driver to drive the commercial vehicle, that driver must have a valid driving license and a valid ASHMA driver’s license.
