Section 33: A broadcasting organisation has the exclusive right to authorise or prohibit,
(a) the rebroadcasting of its broadcast,
(b) the fixation of its broadcast, or
(c) the reproduction of a fixation of its broadcast, or(d) the communication to the public of its broadcast.
