Civil Aviation (Air Transport Licensing) Regulations, 1976 (LI 1075).
Regulation 12 Grant of Licence. (1) The Licensing Authority may, subject to the requirements of any enactment for the time being in force, grant to any applicant a licence to use in Ghana such aircraft for the provision of such air services (other than services referred to in regulation 2 (1)), for such period and on such conditions as may be specified in the licence. (2) Upon the grant of a licence under this regulation the person to whom it is granted shall pay to the Licensing Authority, on or before the day on which the licence is expressed to take effect, a fee of ¢75.00 in respect of each year or part of a year of the period for which the licence is expressed to remain in force.
