Ashaiman Municipal Assembly (Control of sale of Petroleum Products) Bye-law 2017.
Para 1: (a) anybody or company who intends to sell petroleum products in the Municipality shall obtain a permit from the ASHMA after satisfying all requirements from the Environmental Protection Agency.
(b) Nobody shall sell any petroleum product on tables, kiosks, containers and other unapproved facilities at unauthorized places in the Municipality.
(c) Nobody shall keep at home or in any unauthorized premises, petroleum products in containers of any kind.
