The Incorporated Private Partnerships Act, 1962
Section 7: (1) Wherever any change has been made or has occurred in any of the particulars registered in accordance with the foregoing sections, the existing partners shall, within twenty-eight days after the change, deliver to the Registrar for registration a statement in the prescribed form signed by all the partners or their agents authorised in writing, containing particulars of the change.
(2) Subsections (2), (3) and (4) of section 5 of this Act shall apply as if such statement were a statement delivered for registration under that section.
(3) Where the change is of the firm name or of the identity of the partners, the Registrar, upon registration of the statement, shall issue an amended certificate of registration and shall insert a notice in the Gazette stating the issue of such certificate and the terms thereof.

2. Provide stamped Partnership agreement at Land Valuation Board
3. Submit filled forms at the Partnership Registration Counter for Verification and Capturing or via Online
4. Pay processing fee of GHS160.00 at the in-house bank or via Online
5. Registrar Examines, Approves & Issues Certificate of Incorporation As well as CERTIFIED TRUE COPY(CTC) of Form B
