Petroleum (Local Content And Local Participation) Regulations, 2013 (L.I. 2204)
Regulation 14:
(1) Without limiting regulation 13, a contractor, subcontractor, licensee or other allied entity
shall not later than the first day of each quarter submit to the Commission a list of
(a) contract of purchase orders to be sole sourced; and
(b) contracts or purchase orders estimated to exceed the cedi equivalent of one hundred thousand
United States Dollars and intended to be tendered for or executed in the next
quarter.
(2) A contractor, subcontractor, licensee or other allied entity shall provide the
information specified in the Second Schedule in respect of each contract or purchase order.
