Petroleum (Local Content And Local Participation) Regulations, 2013 (L.I. 2204)
Regulation 16:
(1) The Commission shall, where it considers necessary, review some contracts.
(2) The Commission shall within seven working days of the commencement of a quarter of
the year advise the contractor, subcontractor, licensee or allied entity of which contracts have been
chosen for review by the Commission.
(3) The Commission shall inform the contractor, subcontractor, licensee or other allied
entity of the outcome of the assessment or review before the first day of the relevant quarter.
