Public Notice NPA N. 015: Classification of Bulk Consumers
A provisional licence will initially be granted and issued to all applicant companies requiring Petroleum Product bulk consumer Licences.
Under this licence, applicant companies cannot lift products directly from the Tema Oil Refinery, the depots or any other refinery except through the sponsoring Oil Marketing Company/LPG Marketing Company.
