National Accreditation Board Act, 2007 (Act 744)
Section 8: (1) An accreditation exercise may be initiated by the Board or an institution itself and shall be in relation to the institution or its programme or to both.
(2) Despite subsection (l), the Board shall carry out an accreditation exercise in respect of each institution at least once every five years.
(3) An institution shall not operate or run a programme without accreditation.
