Petroleum (Local Content And Local Participation) Regulations, 2013 (L.I. 2204)
Regulation 22:
22. The Commission shall in consultation with the National Development Planning
Commission, relevant Ministries, Departments and Agencies identified by the Commission
(a) develop the national policy on technology transfer with respect to the petroleum
industry, and
(b) publish the national policy in the Gazette and a newspaper of national
circulation.
